How it works

From delivery to peace of mind.

Four stages, one team. Here’s what happens from the day your hardware lands to the years it spends earning.

01

Commissioning

We bring your system online within about five working days after delivery, commissioned to manufacturer’s standard by factory-certified engineers. Grid, protection and safety settings are configured and verified before handover.

  • Site readiness check
  • Commissioning to manufacturer’s standard
  • As-commissioned documentation
02

Monitor

eEMS watches the systems around the clock, in your language, flagging drift before it becomes a fault. On Premium, that monitoring is continuous and proactive, so we reach out before you notice.

  • Continuous telemetry (Premium)
  • Drift detection
  • EN · FR · NL · DE desk
03

Respond

When something moves, we act within the SLA window. The clock is in your contract, a standard you can rely on. Most issues resolve remotely; when a site visit is needed, we mobilise inside the contracted window.

  • 4-hour first response (Premium)
  • Remote-first diagnosis
  • On-site within SLA
04

Maintain

Preventive visits and smart spares keep performance up and warranty intact, year after year. We review SLA performance annually on Premium and adjust the plan as your systems evolve.

  • Scheduled preventive visits
  • Smart spare-parts stock
  • Annual review (Premium)
